Criteria for engagement in companies located outside the U.S.:
A company must meet the following requirements, with rare exceptions, before we will consider providing consulting services to help the company raise capital:
Must be in business at least 2 years.
Must be generating revenue
Needs to be profitable or close to this point.
Should be pursuing a range of financing between $20M - $100M.
Should represent a compelling investment opportunity for investors.
